In 2017 we contacted Dawn at Chadlee Real Estate, our first impression of Dawn and the company was that of an organisation who not only wants to sell houses but wants families to find homes. In 2017 we viewed a few houses and found a house we really liked. We put in an offer to purchase, but we were second in line. Being first time buyers, we had no idea how things worked.
