Whilst Gregory has allowed Dawn the freedom to interact with, and serve the communities over the years, he has come full circle from construction to corporate property finance to real estate.
Greg’s career can be summarised as follows:
- Assistant quantity surveyor at Roy Beamish Construction.
- Contracts director at Landmark Construction.
- Project co-ordinator performing quantity surveying functions on large property developments at Nedbank Corporate Property Finance.
- Owner/Principal at Chadlee Real Estate.
- Certified distressed property advisor.
Greg’s qualifications can be summarised as follows:
- Completed a National Higher Diploma in Building Surveying (QS) at Peninsula Technikon, now named Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT).
- Completed the Property Development Programme at UCT Graduate School of Business.
- Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) having completed his National Certificate in Real Estate (NQF5) and Professional Designated Exam Level 5 Course (PDE5).
